    2. Main Practices of Jiangsu Railway Construction and Development in Recent Years

For a long time, the development of Jiangsu Railway was mainly dominated by the state in terms of planning research and construction timing. On this basis, the National Railway Group is requested to give guidance in connection, construction, operation management, etc., and issue feasibility consulting opinions and provide major technical support for our province.     The first phase of the Shanghai-Tongguan Railway is an important part of the national railway's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" coastal passages, which is of great significance for implementing the national coastal development strategy and promoting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yangtze River Delta. The construction of the project, especially the completion of the Shanghai-Tongjiang Yangtze River Bridge, will greatly improve the railway crossing capacity of our province, shorten the space-time distance between southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu, and strengthen the southward links of Shanghai, southern Jiangsu, northern Jiangsu and even the northern coastal areas.     3. Lianxu Railway. Lianyungang Railway is located in Lianyungang City and Xuzhou City of our province. It has 6 stations including Lianyungang, Donghai, Xinyinan, Luzhou East, Humazhuang and Xuzhou East. The main line is about 180 kilometers in length and the design speed is 350 kilometers per hour. . The Lianxu Railway officially started construction in July 2017 and is scheduled to be opened to traffic next year.

    The Lianxu Railway is an important part of the national railway's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" land bridge passages, which is of great significance to the implementation of the national "Belt and Road" construction, coastal development strategy, and the development of the Huaihai Economic Zone. The completion of the project will further improve the Longhai New Corridor, shorten the space-time distance between Lianyungang, Xuzhou and the inland cities along the Luqiao, unblock the flow of people and logistics along the route, improve the transport capacity and quality of the Luqiao Pass, and create national East, China and West regional cooperation Demonstration zones provide important support for the coordinated development of the eastern, central, and western regions of the economy.

    4. Yantong Railway. The Yantong Railway is located in Yancheng and Nantong of our province. Yancheng, Dafeng, Dongtai, Hai'an, Rugaonan and Nantong West stations are located along the line. The project has a total length of about 157 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The Yantong Railway started construction in January 2018, and strives to open for operation next December, opening to traffic 16 months earlier than originally planned.

    The Yantong Railway is an important component of the national railway's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" coastal passages, and is of great significance for the implementation of the national coastal development strategy, the Yangtze River Economic Belt development strategy, and the Yangtze River Delta integrated development strategy.     5. South Yanjiang Intercity Railway. The south-river intercity railway passes through Nanjing, Zhenjiang, Changzhou, Wuxi and Suzhou in our province. Nanjing South, Jurong, Jintan, Wujin, Jiangyin, Zhangjiagang, Changshu and Taicang stations are located along the line. The total length of the project is about 278.     Xuyan High Speed Rail and Lianzhen High Speed Rail were jointly constructed by China National Railway Group Corporation and Jiangsu Province. The Xuyan high-speed railway has an operating mileage of 313 kilometers. It is currently the longest high-speed railway line in Jiangsu Province. It passes through Xuzhou, Suqian, Huai'an, and Yancheng. The design speed is 250 kilometers per hour.     On December 30, the national railway will implement a new train map, and these two new lines will be included in the new train map of the national railway. The running time is 5 hours 43 minutes, 3 hours 38 minutes, 12 hours 30 minutes, 11 hours 43 minutes, and 12 hours 50 minutes. Among them, the departure of the high-speed train to the direction of Beijing is 1 hour and 09 minutes shorter than the running time of the current high-speed train. Taking Huai'an as an example, Huai'an runs multi-directional high-speed trains such as Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai, Xi'an, and Lanzhou.     The Xuyan high-speed railway and the Lianhuai high-speed railway linking the Huai'an coastal area and hinterland will form the high-speed railway network in the North Jiangsu area together with the Huai'an-Zhenjiang section of the Lianzhen high-speed railway and the Yancheng-Nantong railway under construction. At the same time, the Xuyan high-speed railway and the Lianhuai section of the Lianzhen high-speed railway are connected to the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and the Zhengxu high-speed railway through the Xuzhou railway hub.     Third, tips on the operation of Xuyan high-speed railway and Lianhuai section of Lianzhen high-speed railway

    The opening of the Xuyan high-speed railway and the Lianhuai section of the high-speed railway in Lianzhen will bring some new changes in daily travel to residents and passengers along the line. Here are two reminders:

    First, we must pay attention to new changes in security. After the two new lines are opened, the high-speed railway catenary wires and their connected components will carry 27,500 volts of high-voltage electricity, which is equivalent to 125 times the 220 volts of household electricity.     赵庆红(省住房城乡建设厅副厅长):谢谢这位记者朋友对我们数据的关注。江苏2018年对外承包新签合同65.9亿元,完成营业额83.2亿元。今年前三季度,新签承包合同和完成营业额分别为48.9亿美元和59.4亿美元,按照工程建设四季度周期结算量大的规律来看,今年境外营业额同比增长的趋势稳定。与“十二五”对比,这几年江苏对外“走出去”步伐一直比较平稳,从“十二五”到“十三五”,建筑业对外承包工程新签的合同额、完成的营业额,均在持续增加和发展。 “十二五”期间,全省建筑业境外完成的营业额累计为362.3亿美元;“十三五”以来,截至今年9月底,全省境外完成的营业额累计已经达到329.1亿美元,从预测来看,境外营业额稳增长的态势没有改变。我们想通过一系列的推介活动,像三年前举办的俄罗斯的推介会和这次的印尼推介会,进一步加快推进江苏建筑业企业“走出去”的步伐,通过这样的“走出去”,联动推动江苏建设领域资本、治理、技术、标准、资金,也包括劳动力的联动输出,进一步擦亮“江苏建造”在海外的品牌知名度,深度参与“一带一路”建设。 Thank you!
